Day 1 & 2

1) Drink ¼ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt or sea salt mixed in approximately 20oz of water.

You are going to make your KETO the first time you’re hungry.

2) Mix ½ packet of Keto in 12-160oz of water and ice, then add ½ cup heavy whipping cream. Shake vigorously. Drink over 30 minute period.

3) As far as eating goes the most important thing to do is listen to your body. When you are hungry be sure to eat. You will want to stay below 30g of carbs. Your meal should be like 80% fats, 15% protein, and 5% carbs.

Day 3

1) Drink ¼ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt or sea salt mixed in approximately 20 oz of water.

You are going to make KETO the first time you’re hungry.

2) Mix ½ packet of Keto in 12-160oz of water and ice, then add ½ cup heavy whipping cream. Shake vigorously. Drink over 30 minute period. Make second half of packet using the same formula in the afternoon and drink.

3) Same eating program

Day 4-6

1) Drink ¼ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt or sea salt mixed in approximately 20 oz of water.

2) Mix full packet of Keto in 12-16oz of water and ice, then add ½ cup heavy whipping cream. SHake vigorously. Drink over 30 minute period.

3) Same eating program.

**Be sure to drink LOTS of water and add electrolytes.

Drink half your bodyweight in ounces of water.

Example: 200 pounds = 100 ounces.
